Week 2 {Childhood Memories}

My mother in-law sent Nick and I a Belgium Waffle iron for Christmas this year. I was very excited to finally be able to make one of the breakfasts that I fondly remember from childhood, for my children. Chocolate waffles are one of the two special breakfasts that my mom made for me when I was little (the other was cinnamon toast), just smelling them took me right back to childhood. So I finally got around to making some chocolate waffles for Nick and the boys and, as I suspected, they were a big hit!
